A. All our diamonds and gemstones are natural not a simulant (or man made) and untreated (not artificially enhanced) unless otherwise noted.

Q. What if the ring is not my size?
A. Most all local jewelers will measure and resize rings for a nominal fee.

A. Paying for your purchase with a credit / debit card through PayPal is not only the safest way to make a purchase, but it will also ensure you quicker shipping of your item.

Q. Is there a place were I can view your products first hand?
A. If you are located in Las Vegas we would love to meet with you, otherwise we are more than willing to use an escrow service.

Q. Does it take longer to receive items if I pay by check?
A. Yes, we do wait for checks to clear, though you can draft your bank account immediately through PayPal for quicker service.

Q. How does the color and clarity scale work?
A. The Diamond Color scale rates diamonds based on their color. D, E and F are considered colorless, G, H, and I are considered near colorless while J, K, L, and M have a faint yellow color. As you move down the scale from N, O, P, Q and R are very light yellow and S - Z is light yellow.

Clarity - IF stands for internally flawless, VVS1 and VVS2 have extremely small inclusions under a 10X magnification while VS1 and VS2 possess small inclusions. SI1 and SI2 means that inclusions may possibly be seen under 10X magnification. I1, I2, and I3 have inclusions that may possibly be seen by the naked eye.
